Privacy Policy
How we handle information on this site and across the METS platform. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell it.

01Information we collect
On this marketing site we collect information you choose to give us — such as your name, work email, organisation and message when you request a briefing or subscribe to corridor briefings.
We collect limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
02How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, scope a pilot, and send the briefings you ask for. That is the extent of it.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
03Platform data & tenancy
Operational data processed by the METS platform belongs to the tenant. Each tenant runs in an isolated database silo with row-level security enforced at runtime.
We act as a processor for platform data under the terms of your agreement, with data-residency options available for sovereign deployments.
04Data retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Audit records within the platform are retained per your tenant configuration and applicable regulation.
05Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared via this site at any time.
Contact us using the details on the contact page to exercise these rights.
